We are pleased to offer a Limited 90 Day Warranty on our products.

If you feel that your product hasn’t performed up to your expectations, please see below what is covered in our warranty.

 

WHATS COVERED:

  • Craftmanship
  • Material Defects

 

WHATS NOT COVERED:

  • Normal wear & tear, dents, punctures, scratches, chipped paint, fading of paint.
  • Extreme or improper use of product
  • Damage to product and accessories caused by improper cleaning, disassembling or post purchase modifications.
  • Mold caused by improper cleaning and/or drying.
  • Accidental damage caused by product owner.
  • Discontinued Products

 

To submit a warranty claim please contact us. Please allow 7-10 business days for your claim to be processed.

Product images must be provided before warranty issues will be addressed. We may request for you to mail your product in for further evaluation. If requested to mail your product in, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return.

Please note that we will replace your product with the same product if available. If the item is no longer available, we may offer a similar item.

Our warranty covers products purchased in the US. If you purchased your product outside of the US, please check with the original place of purchase for possible replacement.
